Amanda Blake Soule, of SouleMama fame, suggested in her book The Creative Family to give kids a camera as it's very interesting what they take photos of and how they take them. I found this to be very true! Tho I must say I was surprised to recently load up a "few" pictures from my camera only to be met with over 200 of them. I hadn't realized Helena had taken so many. Many I deleted, but here are some of my favorites. Children certainly do view things differently than we do! I especially love her creative self portraits!!

Some interesting compositions! You certainly are exposing her to the finer things in life. I love your new little puppy too!
